When you are at your lowest point do you tend to believe that things will get worse or that things will get better? Your answer to this question creates your reality.

I believe if something doesn’t kill me it will make me stronger. Holding onto this belief has helped me through many, many struggles and will help me through many, many more.

We must develop the ability to see through our challenges and into the future we desire. This vision toward the future and the action steps needed to create it will lift us up from any challenge that can possibly be placed in our way.

Hope, Faith & Belief are all words that should be large parts of our vocabulary. All words that have a lot of power behind them if we have the courage to follow them up with action.

What actions if taken this week with the strength of these words behind them will leave you better off on Sunday than you are today? What can you hope to accomplish if you just believe in yourself and have faith in your abilities?

Answer these questions for yourself purposefully, decide what you are going to do about the answers and then DO IT!!! If done a better tomorrow most surely awaits. Lets make this a wonderful week!!!
