Like it or not most of us are going to spend a large percentage of our times at work. Many of us in jobs we don’t particularly care for. Not liking your job is most certainly no excuse for not doing it in an excellent fashion. As a matter of fact it is even more reason to do so. When you bring excellence to job everyday you no longer work for the organization you are a part of. When you bring excellence to the job everyday you begin working on yourself and you begin working for yourself. When you do a job you don’t like in an excellent manner there is no position or company that can hold you. You will outgrow the position you are in and a more rewarding one will be on the horizon.
Excellence is a value that when held up ensures your forward progress. Mediocrity is a value as well and it ensures you will either stay exactly where you are or you will fall behind in the journey of life. I choose Excellence!!!! Who’s with me?
